Rick joins the team with the goal of strengthening our day-to-day operations through technology and software management. He strives to implement new programs to streamline processes, making the client experience more efficient and less stressful.
His duties include appointment setting, client support, insurance inquiries, goal planning and account reviews.
Prior to joining SW Anderson Financial, Rick worked as payroll specialist where he acquired experience with accounting, data entry, CRM programs and general human resource duties. He is a certified electronics repairer with an emphasis on IT.
Rick lives in Clinton, Utah, with his family and enjoys bowling, golfing, amusement parks, escape rooms and board games with friends.
