His collaborative planning process often involves coordination with estate attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and well-integrated strategy.

In addition to retirement and investment planning, Jason brings significant experience in equity compensation planning. As an Equity Compensation Associate (ECA), he helps clients unlock the full value of their RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, ESOPs, and incentive stock options, with strategies for 10b5-1 plans, affiliate Rule 144 filings, charitable giving, and concentrated stock management. His experience working with corporate executives and high-net-worth individuals ensures careful attention to both the technical and personal sides of equity compensation.
The Backstory
Before joining Voyager Wealth Advisors and Raymond James, Jason held key advisory roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, where he developed a disciplined, data-driven approach to managing complex financial needs.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting and is currently pursuing an MBA in Financial Planning. He is also preparing for the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.
A native of Sandy, Utah, Jason now lives in Riverton with his wife, Lacey, and their three children—Carter, Ava, and Chloe. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, and spending quality time with his family.
